Data Deletion Instructions

1. About This Page

iBrainLabs respects the privacy and data protection rights of its users.

This page explains how you can request deletion of personal information collected or processed through iBrainLabs websites, applications, products and authorized third-party integrations, including Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp (Meta) integrations.

iBrainLabs is the business responsible for its digital products, including OneAmple, a WhatsApp Cloud API platform developed by iBrainLabs. These instructions apply to all information processed through iBrainLabs services and associated applications.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

Step 1: Send a deletion request

Step 2: Include the following information

• Your full name.
• Your registered email address or phone number.
• The name of the iBrainLabs product or application you used (for example, OneAmple).
• Your Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business or other connected account identifier, where applicable.
• A description of the information you want deleted.

Do not send passwords, access tokens or other sensitive authentication credentials.

Step 3: Verification

We may request reasonable additional information to verify your identity and confirm that you are authorized to request deletion of the relevant information.

Step 4: Processing and confirmation

We will acknowledge your request within 7 days. After verification, we will delete the information held in systems under our control within 30 days, subject to the legal retention requirements described in Section 5.

We will confirm the outcome by email to the contact details provided in your request.

3. Remove Our App from Facebook or Instagram

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to an iBrainLabs application, you can also remove the application's access through your Meta account settings.

For Facebook

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Go to Settings & privacy and then Settings.
3. Open Apps and websites.
4. Find the iBrainLabs / OneAmple application.
5. Click Remove to revoke the application's access.

For Instagram

1. Open Instagram and go to your profile.
2. Tap the menu and open Settings and activity.
3. Go to Website permissions and then Apps and websites.
4. Find the iBrainLabs / OneAmple application and tap Remove.

Removing the application stops future access through that authorization, but it does not automatically delete information we already stored. To delete previously collected information, please email us as described in Section 2.

4. Information Covered by Deletion Requests

Depending on the service you used and the information we hold, deletion requests may cover:

• Personal contact information.
• User account information.
• Application profile information.
• Connected social media account identifiers.
• Facebook Page and Instagram account information.
• WhatsApp Business account details, message templates, contacts and message logs processed through OneAmple.
• Authorized integration data.
• Lead information processed through our applications.
• Other personal information associated with your account.

5. Information That May Need to Be Retained

Certain information may need to be retained where required by:

• Applicable laws and regulations.
• Accounting and tax obligations.
• Legal proceedings or dispute resolution.
• Security, fraud prevention and compliance requirements.

Where retention is legally required, we will restrict access to that information and keep it only for the period necessary.

6. Third-Party Platform Data

If information is also held by Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or another third-party platform, removing an iBrainLabs application does not delete information maintained independently by that platform. Please review that platform's privacy and account settings to manage or delete information it holds directly.
