This Privacy Policy explains how iBrainLabs ("iBrainLabs", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares, protects and deletes personal information when you use our website https://ibrainlabs.com/, our services, and our products, including OneAmple.

OneAmple is a WhatsApp Cloud API platform developed and operated by iBrainLabs. It helps businesses connect their WhatsApp Business, Facebook and Instagram accounts to manage customer messaging, templates, contacts and leads.

iBrainLabs is based at PNR One, 1st Floor, Dwarkanagar Colony, Rai Durg, Hyderabad, Telangana 500104, India.

By using our website, services or applications, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us

• Name, email address, phone number and business name when you fill in a contact form, request a quote or sign up for OneAmple.
• Business details you share with us, such as your website, industry and project requirements.
• Messages and files you send to us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Billing details needed to issue invoices. We do not store full card or bank account numbers; payments are handled by our payment partners.

2.2 Information from Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp)

When you connect your account to OneAmple or another iBrainLabs application and grant permission, we may receive the following information through Meta's official APIs, only to the extent you authorize:

• Your Facebook name, user ID and email address (through Facebook Login).
• Facebook Page names, IDs and the access permissions you grant.
• Instagram professional account name and ID.
• WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display name and business profile.
• Message templates you create, and their approval status.
• Messages sent and received through your connected WhatsApp Business number, including the phone numbers and names of your customers who message you.
• Leads collected through your connected Facebook or Instagram forms, where you enable that feature.
• Access tokens needed to provide the service. These are stored securely and never shared.

We only request the permissions needed for the features you use. You can remove our access at any time from your Facebook or Instagram settings (see Section 9).

2.3 Information collected automatically

• Device and browser information, IP address, pages visited and time spent on our website.
• Cookies and similar technologies used for website functionality and analytics (see Section 8).
• Log data needed to keep our applications secure and working correctly.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate and maintain our website, services and the OneAmple platform.
• Connect your WhatsApp Business, Facebook and Instagram accounts and let you send and receive messages, manage templates, contacts and leads.
• Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• Send service-related messages, such as account updates, security alerts and invoices.
• Improve our website and products and fix technical problems.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We send marketing messages only where you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

4. How We Use Meta Platform Data

Data we receive from Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp is used only to provide the features you have requested within our applications, in line with the Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business policies. In particular:

• We do not sell Meta platform data.
• We do not use Meta platform data for advertising, profiling or building user profiles for third parties.
• We do not share Meta platform data with data brokers or unrelated third parties.
• We only process your customers' messages and contact details on your behalf, to deliver the messaging service you use.
• Access tokens are stored securely and used only to make API calls you have authorized.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• Meta Platforms: when you use OneAmple, messages and requests are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, Facebook and Instagram APIs so the service can work.
• Service providers: trusted partners that help us run our business, such as hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, form handling, analytics and payment processing. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect the rights, safety and property of iBrainLabs, our users or others.
• Business transfers: if iBrainLabs is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and secure storage of access tokens. Our servers and service providers may be located in India or other countries; where information is transferred, we take steps to keep it protected.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of a data breach where required by law.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide our services and for the purposes described in this policy. When you close your OneAmple account, disconnect your Meta accounts or request deletion, we delete or anonymize the related data within 30 days, unless we must keep certain records to meet legal, tax, accounting or security requirements.

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing done before withdrawal.

To remove our application's access from your Meta accounts:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select iBrainLabs / OneAmple → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites → select iBrainLabs / OneAmple → Remove.

10. Data Deletion

In short, email info@ibrainlabs.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request – iBrainLabs". We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
